The best way to track my water intake is to drink one bottle of water in the morning (16.9 oz) and them refill it 3 times with filtered water during the day and that will be 67.6 oz that it is like having 8 glasses of water.
123.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
