so human to add all these pounds
slipped tripped and basically let it creep back
I can place place blame everywhere
but It was sugar my enemy
a wrong mindset
but a human one
I have the grace and grit to release these pounds one day at atime
170.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I dont she did its all the processing The candy isnt a naturally phenomenon Dates Honey Figs are all alternatives Its the availablity of it and the memories It triggers I find it demonic in its effect But its a mind set to over come I can choose not to give in But like I mention Im human And it happens
