I was always fit and a beautiful weight my whole life until I hit 50. Then everything changed. Now 62, I have a body I don't recognize. :) So, it's time to take those extra pounds off and get back to losing weight. I used to lift weights and exercise on a regular basis but don't do it anymore. So, this morning going to get back into my Barre class which is amazing!!!
