Water intake has definitely made an improvement on weight loss.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 105.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been trying each day, but it really does depend on how busy I am at work. The more I drink, the more I run to the ladies room and if I'm busy...weeeellll. LOL. I do think my body is adapting to it a little more. I actually drank six 12 oz cups of water today and I was super busy at work! I think it's time for some peppermint tea! Hubby has the night off from cooking. He only wanted a 15 minute nap, but I'm not waking him up yet (and it's been an hour and a half). He's been cooking special meals for me and I figured tonight was a cereal night (I was craving it).

I start back at school on the 21st and am trying to get myself on a schedule of eating and drinking that will fit with my classes. I completely understand the frequent bathroom trips! I think there is a leak in my pipes some days. LOL. I have found that sipping throughout the day works better for me; especially now post surgery. If I try to intake too much at a time, I feel bloated and an almost immediate urge to take a field trip to Pottyville. Otherwise, I'm fine. Hope you didn't indulge too much on the cereal! That is something I have to stay away from. (Too enticing.)
