Wow What a weekend!! Lots of drinking and sports watching and Go Mariners! Got in some good workouts and still managed to eat very well despite the large amounts of alcohol. Just have to push harder this week and its kinda short.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 59.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
