Ran three miles on the treadmill today. I'm getting faster. It was good to get into the gym yesterday and today, since I didn't go on Wednesday because of the snow or on Tuesday because of laziness. On Thursday I worked out at night after class. It was a really different feeling, and a lot more packed than in the morning. I think I like working out in the morning better.
I've been trying to get 8 hours of sleep every night, and I've been doing reasonably well.
