Another 1.5 pounds gone! Seeing these results really helps me push through the cravings. Man, I didn't realize cheese would be the food I missed the most! I'm glad it is allowed during phase 3. I can't wait! :)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
