As an experiment, I dropped my calorie allowance yesterday to 1600, just to see if I could do it and still feel good. I felt great, and I went to the gym.

I need to remember to drink more water, though. I only had 44 oz yesterday, and I need to be drinking a MINIMUM of 80 oz.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! All credit goes to my fiance for that! My ex-husband was...not very nice. A very small part of that was that he would never watch the kids so I could do anything for/by myself. I couldn't really go to the gym back then. But my fiance offered to watch my kids because he knew losing weight and getting in shape were important to me. A very small part of why he's amazing. :)

thats great it`s important to have someone supportive that makes you happy! my partner is fantastic too he`s even taken over all of the cooking since baby no.2 and he is a great cook and all really healthy too!oh and good riddance to your ex:)

what i do to help me drink more is prepare cold water and tea jugs for the day and make sure i drink them!
