better, had to skip weigh in at work due to weather outages and being stuck home for two days limited activity a great deal... but I managed to do fairly well. Tonight will be a bad night, but back to being super good tomorrow!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
