Yesterday morning I weighed in at 222.2 which was the beginning of Day 1 of the Military's Diet which I thought I made the entry of that weight but it seems like it didnt update. This morning I weighed in at 217.2 lbs and this is Day 2.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
