Right on the mark. Down 1.2 lb in two days. Water down a touch to 59.2%. Body Fat held steady at 17.5%. That gives me a moving average of 17.95% with a steady downward trend. So far I like the results I'm seeing with the intermittent fasting and new workout schedule.

Funny thing about that. I actually shot that last April. I thought it was all gone, but I was rearranging the chest freezer and found a roast and two packages of ground meat at the bottom of the freezer. High protein, low fat & oh so tasty.

I only get to eat wild boar whenever I visit Italy - totally agree it is so tasty and so satisfying!Well, hats off TX, you are ahead of the league with 7.5kg to go! When we became buddies, you and Draglist had roughly the same amount of kg to lose to goal weight. Now,you have 7.5kg to go, Draglist 8.5kg and I am still at 10kg to go. I don't like guys to win me, so challenge is on!BTW your chart looks awesome and the food you eat sounds delicious. I need to search these chia seeds.

I love chia. They have more omega 3 than flax seed, keep tons of fiber, they help keep you hydrated and your energy level up because they absorb 7 times their weight in water. I either just pop a tablespoon in my mouth and swallow them with a glass of water or add them to my yogurt. You can also add them to your baking recipes ( in fact a tsp of chia mixed with 3 tsp of water will form a gel that you can use in baking to replace an egg). I buy mine on-line from Marquis Nutra Foods. I hope everyone has a great day.

Hmmm - never knew about chia seeds. What you don't learn on this site!!! I'm going to have to check it out. Oh - the wild boar, yummy. I'm with Jen, I only get it when I go to Italy. Last time I had it was done in a beautiful stew and we ate outside under the stars and if I recall correctly, drank a little too much wine - but who remembers. Hope you have a great day!

Ordered Chia seeds - couldn't get them from Marquis Nutra foods as they don't ship to Malta but got 500g bag for starters from Uk....Thanks for sharing TX!

Great. I think that you'll like them. I think you will find that they help keep your energy up. Aztec warriors used to eat them prior to going into battle to help them maintain energy. Let me know what you think after you try them.
