So I've been eating 1900-2100 calories per day, depending on whether or not it's a gym day. Time to step my game up. I'm going to shoot for 1600 calories for the rest of the week and see what that does to the number on the scale.

Because I'm still going to the gym every other day, it will be oh so important to get enough protein.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
