Continuing to lose weight. This is good. A bit off each day cheers me up.
246.6 lb Lost so far: 90.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, you are pretty close to where I was when I started. It took me about 10 months to reach my goal! You have done quite well! Persistance is the key... I am sure you will get there!
