I had a lot of exercise yesterday, which is generally good, but I got behind schedule on my eating, and had a lot of food late to get close to my protein macro (I didn't hit it, unfortunately). So I'm a little behind schedule, I think, in my weight cycle. Oh well. It will come around in a day or two.

Kids are back in school, so the schedule will settle down again. It will be good.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
