I weighed myself this morning: 166.8
I ate a Kashi granola bar and went to the gym. I dropped a whole minute off my mile! 11 minute mile! :)
Drank 32 oz water before I weighed myself again on a whim...

Most likely, that was a net loss from water sweated out at the gym. But it was really nice to see the number drop!

I'm weighing myself again tomorrow morning. Just to see.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I'm just happy to see that number finally going DOWN! (The bathroom scale is SUCH a frenemy...) I still weighed 166.2 this morning! :)
