i didnt work out everyday this week, probably only 3 times! im cutting my calories this next week though so hopefully ill see more weight loss than a pound for next week
269.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
