I had the best intentions yesterday but got caught off guard by "Friday night snack night". Each kid gets to pick one snack as a treat for the week. What do I do? I ran around begging handouts from them! Geesh! I'm going to have to figure out how to deal with that kind of temptation, that's for sure. Looking forward to the Challenges!!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing great! You are hanging in there and determined. Good for you! I'm having struggles with all the treats in the house as well. I love sweets. I've really been drinking the water and logging food to watch calories. About 8 or 9 years ago I weighed 140. But with lots of exercise and weight training, I lost inches. I do not have 140 as a goal. I have 155 and I believe I'll be where I want to be. I haven't saved but a few pair of pants I'd like to fit back into. I'm confident I will. I also drink more water when I exercise, as I seem to weigh a bit more after heavy exercise. Keep at it! You'll do great!
