After one day of working and low calorie (starvation) meals. Lost almost one pound. My size ... five pounds is not that much ... need to lose 35 lbs. Started a walking program. And back to the crowded gym ... this time of year ... we all have that motivation.
339.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
