So close now to the first goal of getting below 120 (only .6 to go)and Im really happy with how quickly it took to get here and how easy to sustain yet still being able to enjoy a few drinks and 'guilty pleasures' over Christmas and new years. Clothes are decidedly looser having dropped 7cm from waist, chest and hips. brilliant fast day yesterday and busy at work so I barely even thought about eating.

Thanks for the support Mom and Annie. Bill you are so right in what you say, when you know about IF and have tried it for a while and realise how easy it is, and how beneficial it is easy. Mind you there are slip ups along the way (see today's post I'm about to go write) but its hard to change the habits of a lifetime, but the thing is when you make mistakes, you realise it is just that, a habit that's hard to break - but it is breakable, and building a stable of good habits easily out weighs the odd slip.
