I dislike gaining weight after I start working out again. It is very discouraging. I shall chalk it up to gaining muscle. My clothes already feel like they fit a bit better. But I really want that stupid number to go down... I won't give up.

This year, I'm keeping my New Year's resolution.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
