Will likely be spending the next two days at home due to weather. It's going to be tricky.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I suppose if you go strictly by the calendar, I lost 7.2 lbs in January. It's not quite as simple as that, but I'll take it as a sign of progress.
