I came pretty close to hitting my protein target, and I kept my carbs in check. Good day. Today's a little odd. I did have to eat late last night to get my protein in, then I got up relatively early, and my weigh-in was a little up (188.4#) from what it was on Thursday. Then I hit the gym, and played basketball for 3 hours. After that, I weighed in at 185 on the gym's scale (pretty close to mine). A little hot-tub action to soothe my aching muscles (shouldn't have played that long), then a little shopping on the way home, and I hadn't eaten yet on the day, and really hadn't drank much, so I'm a little dehydrated. I stepped on the scale (because I'm insanely curious), and it said 183.2#. That's not a true number, though. My true weigh-in is somewhere between that 188.4 and 185, so I split the difference.
186.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
