I cheated on my diet. I had a devil dog and it was good. I had the other half of my steak and save small piece for tomorrow lunch. I’m get back focus
217.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
