DAY 5 - LOST 7-lbs YAY.. I am Staying positive on my diet .. First day was hard but I am staying focused 4 sure .. I have to weigh in at Doctors on the 3rd ... if I just follow the diet and eat only what I'm supposed to0 the scale will charge ...I Cant wait to post my weight lose... yay
