I did 35 minutes worth of exercise yesterday. Felt pretty tired by the end of it. All being well, I'll be down to the gym again today.

Lost so far: 88.4 lb.
Still to go: 80.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay with the regular exercise. It will definitely help lots.
