I am down 0.5kg this month with fluctuations and a week of medication, many hot cross buns and Easter eggs. so i'm happy with this result.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1490 kcal Fat: 88.23g | Prot: 96.25g | Carb: 75.74g.   Breakfast:  Bananas. Lunch: Pick n Pay Low Fat Chunky Cottage Cheese Chives,  Extra Virgin Olive Oil,  Spinach ,  Red Tomatoes , Cheddar Cheese,  Egg (Whole) . Dinner:  Black Olives, Checkers Choice Mayonnaise Lite,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots),  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Wing,  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten),  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: Woolworths Ostrich Biltong Sliced,  Blueberry Smoothie. more...
