Another late night, unfortunately. And even worse, I found myself 55g short of my protein goal at 10:30... So I sucked it up and chowed down on some deli turkey. Rough, eh? But, the weigh-in didn't suffer at all, really.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
