Working on building endurance. This week I went from only walking to adding the eliptical for 20 minutes. My scale number is not down that much; however my pant size is down 3, much to my surprise. One year ago all my health numbers were in check and I was exercising at least three times a week and lifting weights at high reps and low wgt. I have a tendency to hurt myself by overdoing. I have a neck/shoulder injury so I am not lifting upper body anything. While walking and using eliptical I am focusing on posture, core strength and heart rate.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
