Yea! weight is down! I don't understand how this all works, past couple days didn't have time to exercise but now I have lost a little. go figure, oh well, I'll take it!
190.5 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happens a lot to me. If I am working out particularly hard and have any soreness, I hold a little extra weight during the muscle repair period. As soon as I take a little break it falls off on the scale in one big chunk. AND...you moved into the ORANGE zone on the ticker, that's a milestone. ;)
