Day 19: back on track with .4Kg down from the day before yesterday and the carb attack. Not much to report today, a good 17 hour fast day yesterday and the next 24 hour one tomorrow. Ive had to make another hole in my belt and clothes that were once tight are now loose. This is what its all about, feeling great, knowing what Im doing is working and knowing 3 - 6 months from now Im going to be a totally different shape.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
