This time of the month for me makes me bloat more than I want to. I don't like it. All the progress I had done had diminished and when this happens I get down. I hope by the next e weeks I could get back down to where I was.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 167.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't weigh 10 days before my period or during it's very discouraging for no reasons 95% of the time it's just water weight don't let that stop you keep going.

I'm in the same boat. Hormones are the worst. You've been consistently working out though so you've got this! Have you measured recently? I would after your bloating goes down.
