3 1/2 weeks, on Atkins, lost 16 lbs, and my blood pressure is just above normal! Gonna need to see some big weight loss moves to keep going! This first part came off easy, have to keep motivated!
311.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
