My Happy Medium 😁 36 days from reaching my goal weight and had to gain some weight because my body wasn't having it at 148 went into starvation & hypoglycemic mode it likes 150's better 🤷‍♀️which accounts for most of the symptoms I was having increased my protein & calorie intake feeling much better. on another note my A1c went from 7.2 to 5.8 in 1 yr with no insulin so proud of myself😊😉🙃🙂 still prediabetic range but impressive improvement. I guess before loosing an additional 25lbs my body needs to accustome to this weight for a while😑😏😒

Good for listening to your body!! I was to low recently, low calories, & was tired, no energy, felt blah. Upped a bit & charged my intermittent fasting schedule. Glad you’re better now. And yes sometimes our bodies have to catch up!!!🍀

awesome on the A1c. that's my problem. I look better at 145 but 155 is so much easier to maintain and I don't feel weak due to super low body fat. great job!!

Congrats! I don't blame you. I am prediabetic myself and I have to check everything. I am glad things are going good for you.

Erq1, yes it's hortible and scary I get symptomatic when sugar drops to the 70 for alot people that's sustainable but not for me sadly my nor lm was 225 to 395🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ it's a big difference and my body is still adjusting the dramatic change. Even my doctor didn't know what was wrong since I've had multiple test and they've been in normal range yet I felt like I was dying. So I decided to do some research and tweak my diet a little to meet the demands of my current body and it's been a life changer. Thanks so much for the article link I will read on my free time and let you know what I get from it.

Sheila, no one knows your body best than yourself for sure we all react different and our bodies respond different to same situations odd but true and we have to learn to listen to it 😉

Congratulations on your improvement on A1c.We may want to weigh less, but the really important number for health is that A1c.
