I had a high-fat, decent protein and calorie day, but I exercised late and a lot, which probably contributed highly to my loss today. Then again, maybe I'm getting back to the fluctuating calorie intake to keep my body out of "starvation mode" (which may or may not be a real thing :)).

Either way, I'm doing well for the past week or so. I'm going to pump up the protein and try to keep the carbs in check this week. I'll try to go low enough in calories today to lose the fat without getting into the muscle.
