Day 4 of fast and feeling fine. I'm losing a few pounds but I am sure I will gain nack a couple.omce I eat again. Second coronavirus shot is tomorrow evening! Have a really nice day everyone.

281.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
