At least it went down... Had a late night last night, snacking to stay awake... not good. But, no repercussions on the weigh-in, which is nice. Stepmom coming to town, so I imagine I'll be eating... shall we say... well.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
