Day 3 of 10 of tracking weight daily.

First night shift yesterday. No excersise, body too tired. 7,600 steps at work. Went over calories by 900 due to being awake too long.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
