I weighed the same as yesterday. I guess that's good because it could've been a pound higher, right? Anyway, I did eat more air-popped popcorn with some butter and salt than I intended to, but didn't have much dinner (protein). So I'll have to eat the popcorn much slower!! I eat popcorn almost every day as a snack!
I need to incorporate exercise into this plan and stop sleeping so much. I'm in a state of depression and I have to turn this around. My skinny jeans were way too tight this morning, and I only had a 3-4lb. gain since summer! Geesh!!
