Back to working out, Lifting more weights seems key. Been doing more indoor aerobics as the Rain here hasn't let up. Also been getting in a 20min work out in the morning to jump start the metabolism. Seems to be going very well.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
