Day 2 of 10 tracking weight daily.

Yesterday: Elliptical HIIT 20min. Breakfast. Vegan burger dinner, 1/2 bun. 3 digestives. Mini cheddars.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
