Day 8 and 9: Yesterday being a Sunday didn't go tot he gym, and yes I over indulged as it was my family's get together for Christmas at my place. I admit I did drink a bit too much, and ate a little more than I should have BUT...I planned for it by having a fast day on Saturday and again today. Was happy to see the half kilo drop on the scales this morning from Saturday, so the fasting did compensate for the food and drink yesterday which once again has re-assured me just how good this journey is going to be. Still finding fast days to be a breeze - hopefully that won't change because at this point in time this is easy.
