I'm back. I'm focused. I'm ready to be a looser!
197.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, I got the recipes. I checked a couple of them out so far and they look really good. Can't wait to try them.

Oh good! Have fun! I love that a bunch of them actually include nutritional information. Makes it so much easier to make decisions. And for the beef biriyani, I just used Chobani non fat yogurt and it worked great. No need for 4% milk fat yogurt like they call for. I think they just say that so you'll get thick stuff like greek yogurt.
