Oh man... this is not good, considering I'm already at a reasonable frequency with aerobics (I've trained the last two days) and I haven't been eating a lot :P)


I will try again to log all the food today.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
