I haven't exercised yesterday but I'm pretty confident I will today. I have been pretty inconsistent lately, partially also because of my back pain. It somewhat makes me laziest or with less motivation for physical activity...

Yesterday, I didn't complete food logging once more but I didn't eat much (I didn't feel like it) I have been feeling ravenous but yesterday was anything like that :)
132.1 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
