I didn't enter my last weight from about 3 days ago. It was 217.8 lbs. I've actually lost 2 lbs. I'm waking up at 7 am to make breakfast because if I continued waking up at 7:35, I wouldn't have time to eat breakfast. I'm going to start keeping track of my food and exercise again. I hope I don't have too much water retention this week because my "favorite aunt" is in town. Whoopee!
