Thanksgiving got me, but not too badly. I gained 2.5 pounds, which, given my Stepmom's cooking, is pretty good. I expected five! So, I'm going to reset on the fat loss program to prepare for Christmas, and hopefully I can reach my goal before Christmas. I'll gain a few pounds over Christmas, but I am confident I can easily lose it afterwards, if I stick to my plan.
NOTE: Just so you know, I'm not gaining 2.5 pounds in a single meal - we spend a few days with my stepmom, and she shovels as much food into us as possible in those days. My calorie intake almost doubled over the previous three days. I expected it, and planned for it.
