31.4% body fat. Was stressed out yesterday about the job interview, which I bombed. I'm a network security guy, not an internet backbone routing protocol guy. I went out to eat with a couple friends and ordered the Reuben sandwich. Wait a beat, ordered the cobb salad with a side of cottage cheese. I know that's a big part of why I see a pound drop in my weight. That and I had a bowel movement.
