Hi everyone! I'm kind of stuck. I'm still sticking to the program! You have to trust the process. It's probably just water weight or body just healing. I could be losing inches.

291.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When is stress over the number on the scale I’d either measure myself (started that too late in the game to see any big improvements month to month) OR see how my clothes were fitting. I kept a couple smaller clothing items in my closet and would occasionally try them on to see where I stood. My jeans have stretch so that wasn’t a good indicator lol. But I have some I bought like 10 years ago with very little stretch so I’d try them on too sometimes. Think of how you FEEL and how the clothes fit rather than the scale. Much happier that way :).
