Another slight drop in weight. That's 4 days in a row! I am expecting an up-tick any day now, but working hard to make sure it doesn't happen. Then again, I'm not working THAT hard - I ate some pepperoni pizza for lunch. It was good! And I've still got 500 calories for dinner to hit my number per this article, which Kingkeld recommended, and I've been following for 5 days now.

Coincident with the weight loss is a shrinking of my waistline, which is my primary goal. I don't care too much about the weight, just want the waist to be slim, the fat to get lost.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
