Cal 1,457 Carbs 15 Protein 76 Fat 121



Weight going up and down. Just down would be better - but at least there seems to be some kind of movement.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
